The AFMC is dedicated to continually improving the resources and services we offer to support the academic and professional development of learners and faculties across the country. As part of this commitment, we conduct regular reviews of our operational costs and service offerings.
We are writing today to advise of the upcoming cost increase.
The AFMC Student Portal Registration Fees
The AFMC Student Portal is funded entirely from one-time registration fees collected from students once they submit their first application in the Portal. These fees have not increased since 2019. To ensure the ongoing operation and viability of the Portal, the AFMC is required to implement a 5.69% inflationary fee increase effective July 1, 2024. After this year, the annual increase will return to 3.5% per year. In addition, students will pay the 4.5% transaction fees.
